Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS

1 Marie Calendars frozen pie crust

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature

2 cups canned pumpkin, mashed

1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1 egg plus 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

1 cup half & half

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.  Add pumpkin and beat until combined. Add the sugar and salt and beat until combined.  Add the egg, egg yolks, half & half, and melted butter and beat until combined. Add pumpkin spice and vanilla. Beat together until well combined.

Pour into crust. Spread out evenly and place in oven for 50 mins to an 1 hour, or until center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.  Serve at room temperature.
